These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, create a legally binding agreement between you and Emiel Brander (operating as VitalStride) for your use of the VitalStride website and all digital programs, guides, videos, trackers and educational materials (the “Services”).

By visiting the site, viewing content or purchasing any program you confirm you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the website and do not purchase.

All materials are offered only for general educational and informational purposes. They focus on supporting everyday well-being through gentle movement sequences, mindful choices and simple habits. Nothing here is intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

1. Intellectual Property Rights & Permitted Use

All content belongs exclusively to Emiel Brander and is protected by international copyright law. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private non-commercial use only. Copying, sharing, reselling or modifying the materials without permission is prohibited.

2. Ordering, Payment, Delivery and Access

Orders are submitted through the website form. Confirmation arrives within 1–4 working hours (Amsterdam time). Payments are handled securely in USD. Digital programs are delivered instantly or within 24 hours after payment verification with lifetime personal access through secure links.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are possible if requested before delivery and within 14 days of purchase. After delivery, refunds are only granted in cases of technical issues caused by us. Approved refunds return to the original method within 5–10 working days. Cancellations are accepted only before delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VitalStride and Emiel Brander are not liable for any damages from use of the website or programs. Materials are supplied “as is” with no warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for any purpose. No specific results are guaranteed.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will appear on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services immediately.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
